Transformational Breathwork
A Therapeutic Practice using specific breathing patterns to release mental,
emotional, and physical blockages.
This method brings you into an altered state of consciousness, allowing suppressed or unconscious patterns to surface for release and integration. Sessions provide a safe space to explore what's holding you back from your fullest potential. Offering experiences from deep relaxation to psychological insights and spiritual expansion.
Together we will:

Review the intake form and discuss challenges and goals.

Diagnose your breathing pattern and discuss what that pattern says about you.

I will give you a breathing technique demonstration.

Together we will practice breathing and set an intention for the session - (how you want to feel or what you want to achieve)

Then you are ready to dive into a breathing pattern and breathe for 45-60 minutes - (during which time I will guide you through energy release and exploration of the experience)
With prompts to encourage a greater awareness we will discover the emotions and sensations, whether they are difficult, euphoric or anywhere in between. All the while continuously bringing you back to the intention in mind.

We will wind down by stating an affirmation that came up during the session and do a brief grounding exercise to send you on your personal journey.

Restorative Yoga Stretch
Restorative Yoga Stretch is an applied restorative bodywork, pulling from yoga therapy, assisted stretching and Thai bodywork techniques.
A deeply relaxing experience designed to find and release stagnant energy in the body. The body reflects the mind, with physical tension often linked to unprocessed experiences. These unresolved energies become lodged in areas of discomfort or injury. This process can uncover areas of chronic tension and reveal their connection to your daily life, potentially leading to deep emotional and mental transformation.

After your client intake form is completed and we discuss your goal of

emotional release through the body, etc.
You’ll be taken through a series of hands-on assisted, floor-based restorative poses tailored for the goal in mind.
We hold the postures for 5-7 minutes each in order to fully explore what is trapped in those places. Throughout this movement, you’ll be prompted to deeply explore the origins of the blockages or sensations.
Expect -relaxation, emotional and physical release and rejuvenation!

Deep Relaxation Meditation
Yoga Nidra guided meditation uses the natural sleep process to help you disengage from your thoughts. Beneficial for those with insomnia, anxiety, depression and more, it leads you into a sleep-like state where the body can restore balance. This effortless practice avoids all discomfort, allowing you to drop effortlessly into meditation. From this state, Yoga Nidra promotes healing on a physical, mental and emotional level.
During your session, we'll go over the intake form and discuss what the challenges and goals are. Based on those, we would form an affirmation that we use throughout the session. With this in mind, we move into a customized Yoga Nidra meditation wherein we work with breathwork techniques, body awareness techniques and guided visualization. One has the option to record the session on their phone so that you can listen to it regularly.
