Founder of Life Aligned Therapy

Emma has been studying yoga since 2015, and is trained in Yoga, Yoga Nidra Meditation, Yoga Therapy, Meditation in Motion, and Integral Breathwork Therapy.

In her classes, Emma offers clients a safe, supportive space for relaxation, somatic awareness, and gentle release. Through conscious breathwork, assisted stretching, mindful movement, and meditation, you'll be guided toward greater clarity, balance, and presence – both in your body and in your life.
